Exercise Report
Running w/my friend. We did a total of 2 1/2 miles. We did 1 mile, walked 1/4 and then ran 1 1/2 without stopping. That's a new length for us (we think-it's been a couple weeks since we went running). 503 cals.

:bang: I weighed again today. :bang: I know I shouldn't have. But I felt so fat after this weekend's binge and I thought maybe it wouldn't be as bad as I thought. But, yes, it was as bad as I thought. I am very close to 160.
I should not have weighed after the binge weekend. And not when I'm pmsing.

So I called my counselor to discuss this whole food/weight situation. I had my appt with her last week, but we didn't talk about food.
She agreed with me staying away from trigger foods. I was glad to hear that as I have been confused by some books I've been reading.
Anyway, I have so much more going on and lots to write about, but I'm exhausted. We leave for Chicago on Wednesday and I have NOTHING ready yet. I have to do laundry and housework all day tomorrow. :(
