I decided to start logging again and see how I do. But at this point I have decided not to make any foods completely off limits. It just makes me want it more. If I know I can have it when I'm hungry, it doesn't seem as attractive to me (or at least have as much "power"

If the numbers mess with my brain too much, I'll stop again and know that I just can't log. I've been thinking about Weight Watchers, but it's all numbers and would it really be any different from CK? If anyone has any input about that, I'd appreciate it.
I think I'm getting my schedule worked out so I am figuring out what days I can do which exercises (if that made sense).
I have more to write about, but I hear Carter waking up. Maybe I'll get to update later.

I have a Vision Fitness elliptical. I wavered between this and the Life Fitness one (I got a gym quality machine because I use it so much), though I had planned to get a Precor. But the Precor didn't match my stride. The others did, and I opted for this because of the simplicity of its screen. But if I had it to do over again, now I think I'd want a more complex screen (with more types of readouts).

i said i wasnt going to log and i decided to haha, i can never stick to anything. oh and about the running, yeah i dont know why i suddenly hate it, i think im just in a rut maybe. have a good night!
