My 3 year old is sick today. Started vomiting at 4 am and has been on and off since. He has nothing left to come up. He finally drank gatorade and started feeling much better. When he got up to go to the bathroom, it all came up. :barf3: Poor kid.
Sorry for all the awful details.
So we are home today. I am so tired from being up almost all night. Don't know if I will get a workout in today.
Must go-will update more later.

Ah, poor baby. That is just the worst. I hope he gets to feeling better soon. Try to get in some rest for you too --- and DON'T stress eat right now!!!!!!!!!!!!

:wave1: So sad when little ones are sick....I hope he feels better soon and that the rest of the family does not get it....I would not worry about a workout...I think you have already had one...Hope you can take a nap....:)
