Now Carter, my 18 mos old, is sick. Has been vomiting since 8am. Collin's only lasted 12 hours so hopefully Carter's will too. Just hope my husband and I don't get sick.
I just feel so bad when they can't even keep down gatorade and eventually just gag with nothing coming up.
On another note, I did get to exercise yesterday but I won't today and that's okay with me. I'm just going to hold the baby all day while he sleeps and gets sick.
I have been working on 0-5 eating where you evaluate your hunger and fullness on that number scale. The goal is to be at a 0 when you eat and not go over 5 of fullness. It's been helping as I've been telling myself that no food is forbidden, I just have to be hungry and stop at the beginning of fullness. It's amazing how little portions I really need by the time I get to 5.
So my goals of only eating when I'm hungry and no emotional eating go really well with this system. I got it from my Thin Within book.

I hope everyone gets/stays healthy! I'm glad the 0-5 thing is working. That didn't work for me when my therapist had me do it because I'd forget to "check in" before and during and after eating and then I'd make it up for the work sheet! LOL

Is everybody feeling better? The eating scale sounds interesting. It sounds like a great strategy for you. Keep us posted on how it goes!
