I did well yesterday eating on plan and getting all the junk food out of my diet. It wasn't that hard, but I know there will be tough moments. Actually I had one this morning. I made oatmeal for me and English muffins for the boys. Those are of of my favorite breakfasts. I ate the last 3 bites of Collin's muffin.
I was really hungry yesterday and didn't eat enough calories. That hasn't happened in a long time. I needed to have a better afternoon snack. I only had yogurt and I should have had something protein with it.
I finally ran yesterday with my friend.
We haven't been able to run in about two months due to schedule conflicts, but we are recommitting to our Monday run. We could only do a half mile at a time since it's been so long, but I'm still so happy we did it.
Today it is house cleaning and taking Carter to the dr to get his ears checked again.

yay for a good day! I will be using both CK and PNP i think, I just signed up yesterday and have a crazy week with moving on Friday, but I will get into the swing of PNP next week! my name on there is kerryann145
