Last night Chris put Collin to bed and I did my favorite thing: I scrapbooked while watching Lost. I taped last week's episodes and got caught up finally before I tape tonights. By the time I was done, I was too tired to update my blog.
the night before I put Collin to bed and Chris was on the computer late. So I didn't get to update then either.
Not alot has been going on anyway though. This is a quieter week than usual, thank goodness. I am doing a little better with food. Still no chips or junk like that. And I've started my next goal: only 1 serving of icecream a day. No going back for seconds. And thirds. :$ I've decided to keep the half gallons out of the house and just keep Weight Watchers icecream bars or something like that. It helps control my portions and satisfies my cravings for icecream. :thumbu2:
I had a great workout yesterday. I got up very early and did 30 mins on elliptical and then did 30 mins strength training. Yay me! Today I did a workout with my stroller group, but we did some running intervals so it was more intense than usual.
I am considering taking a class at the Y. It's a bikini boot camp class and will be on Mon/Fri mornings for an hour. Since I really don't like strength training and I do much better in a social, class like setting, I am strongly tempted to do this.
I hesitate because I have to change my schedule around with the house I clean. I do it every other Friday and she wouldn't mind at all if I changed it to Wednesdays. And my MIL already said it would be okay. But I don't know why I'm still hesitating. It's a month session for March and then another one for April. So if I don't like it, I can just do it for a month. I talked to someone about it and explained my upper body problem. She said the person doing the class is a person trainer and if there is any upperbody work, she can sub some other exercise for me. And if it doesn't work out for some reason, they will credit the class for me. So I have no reason not to really. I guess I don't want to give up my Wednesdays alone with Carter. Which is only twice a month that I would be giving up. I need to decide by tomorrow so I can sign up. Still thinking......
Well, I am cooking dinner right now and the little one is waking up, so I'd better go. Later.

HI! I really like your next goal - the one serving only of ice cream - it's so much better to cut back on something like that and not eliminate it totally. Good for you! I don't know much about how special your alone time with CArter is - so without considering that, I think you should take the class. Like you said, you can always stop and they might even credit it back to you! Have a great day!

you should totally do that class! it sounds perfect!! you're only giving up two Carter time, and you will be so energized from it. :y: I vote for it, anyway. I'm glad the one goal (+ add-ons when needed) is working for you. I need to get back on the stick. But I will. :kiss: Love ya!
