Just a quick check in as I'm really tired. Busy weekend. We had a b-day party yesterday and I had a jewelry show today.
First one I've had since December! 
Food is not good at all. Just eating whatever is here. And the problem is there is tons of junk here. This needs to stop immediately. I made a food plan for the week and planned some splurges as well, like my one serving of chips. I am allowing myself a limited amount of soda until I can eliminate it completely.

Oh, boy. I took Collin to the doctor today for his 4 year checkup and I really got a stern talking to from the doctor about Collin's eating habits. I explained about his sensory integration issues and how we are working on that. We discussed therapy options and what the next step is there.But she said, regardless of these issues, it is no excuse to have chips and cookies in the house. She said not to buy them.
She said I need to cut back on his milk drinking (he drinks NO water at all ...

Just got back from my run with my friend. I'm really pumped up and excited because I ran 3 miles for the first time in my life!! Honestly, I don't think I've ever made it that far. I've come really close, but I did it tonight, without any walking and I'm darn proud of myself!It was so hard at first. It took a while to get into the groove and rhythm, but I finally did. I burned something like 592 cals!!

I just had a fight with my husband a little bit ago and I'm amazed at what he said to me. He said, "Kiss my ass." I don't know how much I'll be on for the next few days. My sister and nephews are driving in from Chicago today to stay with us until Tuesday.
I'm so excited. Easter is when they usually come here to visit. My mom usually comes too but she just started a new job and can't take off this year.
