quick update

I am writing a quick update, as it's late and I'm tired. I've been busy playing with my kids and their new toys, cleaning up the house which was trashed from the holiday and trying to recover from the holiday. Our Christmas was nice. We got the boys way too much stuff, as did their grandparents, but they are so happy. Next year we won't go so overboard. We even put stuff away for birthdays because we had so much stuff.
I did not get some things I asked for and that's fine, but the thing...

Sarah is gone. I logged on this morning and her blog is no longer in my favorites so I think she is locked out of CK because of their renewal problem. I don't usually get upset with CK very easily. Even with the whole renewal drama back in August, I just blew it off. But this is frustrating as it is their fault and they have not fixed it. She blogs every day, often more than once a day and this whole thing makes me mad. I have to renew soon too, but I'm sure I will have the same problem....

My evil nemisis--caramel corn--entered my house today and it was invited here by me! 
I was grocery shopping and Walmart had the little 8oz round container of Jay's caramel corn. I love those and haven't had it in a long time. So when we got home, I ended up eating the whole container (not all at once-over an hour or two period). I looked at the lid and realized I had eaten like almost 900 calories!!!
I felt sick to my stomach as you can imagine and didn't feel hungry for dinner for ...

I feel like I have so much to write about today.First, my knee is hurting really bad. I ran on the treadmill on Monday and had never done that before and I think it messed up one of my knees. I am calling the ortho doc again tomorrow. I can't do any upper body work due to the bicep tendonitis. So I am telling you, my knee better not make me out of comission also.

I'm doing a little better today. Thank you all so much for your supportive responses. I really have a great support system here and I appreciate it so much.Today's food was only slightly better than yesterday.
I had an appointment with the new counselor, FINALLY. I have been trying to get an appt since October and things have happened to cancel the appt (on my part, but mostly hers.) Anyway, it was pretty interesting. Her approach is pretty much the same as the counselor I was work...
