I did well yesterday eating on plan and getting all the junk food out of my diet. It wasn't that hard, but I know there will be tough moments. Actually I had one this morning. I made oatmeal for me and English muffins for the boys. Those are of of my favorite breakfasts. I ate the last 3 bites of Collin's muffin.I was really hungry yesterday and didn't eat enough calories. I have not been blogging here lately for a few reasons. But I plan to try to keep up with it more.I've been busy in the evenings, but I've also been spending time at the PNP website (phit-n-phat.com). Now my husband (the biggest baby of them all) is sick. This stomach flu is awful. It hit all of them about a day apart. I don't think I'll get it because I had the stomach flu a few weeks ago, if you remember. I didn't
and neither did my husband. Just the other end. Ugh! Well, he has missed 2 days of work now because of it and because he's at a new job, he does not have sick days. So I was worried about finances before? I'm just about freaking out now.

Now Carter, my 18 mos old, is sick. Has been vomiting since 8am. Collin's only lasted 12 hours so hopefully Carter's will too. Just hope my husband and I don't get sick.I just feel so bad when they can't even keep down gatorade and eventually just gag with nothing coming up.
On another note, I did get to exercise yesterday but I won't today and that's okay with me. I'm just going to hold the baby all day while he sleeps and gets sick.

My 3 year old is sick today. Started vomiting at 4 am and has been on and off since. He has nothing left to come up. He finally drank gatorade and started feeling much better. When he got up to go to the bathroom, it all came up. Poor kid.Sorry for all the awful details.
So we are home today. I am so tired from being up almost all night. Don't know if I will get a workout in today.
