I have been doing awful with eating lately. So I'm going to plan my meals for tomorrow.
B-oatmeal
L-chicken/rice casserole; apple w/caramel dip
S-Protein bar
D-chicken fajitas
S-strawberries and coolwhip

Planned workout: Turbo Jam kick punch and crunch and Ab Jam
I did 3T today and my shoulder is bothering me. So I will have to see if I can do that video tomorrow. I really want to do the video rotation, so I hope that just going easy on the moves will help, but I don't know....

finally better

I finally think I have this stomach bug kicked. But I'm still not 100% over it. But I hope I've lost a few pounds with it. ;) No way to tell since I don't have access to the scale anymore. My pants/shorts are still tight so if I did, it's water weight.
I'm doing okay with food.
We went camping this weekend. We weren't sure if we were going to go since I was sick, but I decided Sat morning that I felt well enough to go. We did not have everything ready and that made my husband very cra...

Ugh!

Update: I am so sick. I have been so much sicker than when I blogged earlier and Cyn was right. It's not gluten, it's a stomach bug. I can tell because it's been getting worse as the day goes on while a gluten reaction hits hard once and then gets better. I have been in the bathroom all day and my husband had to actually feed the kids dinner! Can you believe that? I was laying on the couch and I think they had yogurt, fruit, pediasure and a donut. struggling again

Well, it has not been a stellar week with food. I did well until Thursday when we went to Silver Dollar City with my friend who had a free pass for me. I brought healthy snacks, but still chose to eat some junk while I was there. Including an icecream sundae.
Yesterday was a real struggle, but I did okay until the evening when I made sugar cookies with my son. I had a few too many. But the rest of the day was okay.
Today was very stressful and it's only half over. We went to a car show...

On track!!!

I have forgotten what it feels like to be eating healthy and on track. It feels so good. Yesterday and today have both been good days. I haven't been hungry, haven't eaten emotionally, and haven't had any icecream.
One thing that feels good is when I start to feel bad about my wieght or how my clothes fit, I can remember that I am doing something about it. :clap:
