Exercise Report
Nope, No exercise today.
Busy day. We had some friends over for a playdate; dropped the kids at the babysitters so I could get my hair cut. Ran some errands (my kids were way over tired) and instead of exercising during their nap, I gave tamale-making another try. No go. :cry2: Another waste of time. BFL Week 9 Day 5

Awful day today. Not gonna use my blog format today.

Potty training is still going well :y: but we have not gone anywhere in 2 days.

I spent the morning cleaning and playing with the boys. Then I spent the entire afternoon making tamales.
I can't remember if I mentioned it or not, but my husband asked me to make them once I finished school. They take 2 days to make and are very time consuming even though they are relatively easy to make.

BFL Week 9 Day 4

Exercise Report
I did BFL Upper Body Workout today. :thumbu1: I really increased weight on some things and changed up the routine, so I'll have to see how sore I am tomorrow. ;)
I also did a 45 min. walk. But my HRM is being really weird. It's driving me crazy. :angry1: Today it showed 46 or 68 for the first 10 mins. Then it ranged in the 90's or low 100's when I know I was working harder than that. So frustrating. So I had to use CK's numbers.

Exercise Report
I had a great workout today. I did BFL Lower Body Workout at the gym and so was able to use some machines. I hadn't done that yet.
Then I did 20 mins. elliptical and 10 mins. bike.
Great calorie burn! :y:

Food Report
Well, it didn't start very well, but I ended up being within calories by being very careful. I had icecream this morning (left over from last night's binge) and had quite a bit. But then I took it out to the trash and threw it away!! :clap: Horray for...

BFL Week 9 Day 1

Exercise Report
I did 60 mins of Winsor Pilates. I only meant to do 20 because I love the 20 minute video but I'm getting sick of it. So I decided to do 20 mins of the Accelerated Body whatever one and set the timer for 20 mins. Well, the battery ran out on the timer and I didn't realize it until I was something like 40 mins into it. :laugh5: At that point I figured I might as well finish the whole thing. Good workout! :y:
