I decided in early November to put the weight loss golas on hold through the holidays. My objective is to reduce the holiday stress while simply maintaining my weight. So far I have been successful (up and down 3 or 4 pounds but holding the line as designed). I am going to stay off the weight loss train until after the New Year then pick up where I left off.
