I decided in early November to put the weight loss golas on hold through the holidays. My objective is to reduce the holiday stress while simply maintaining my weight. So far I have been successful (up and down 3 or 4 pounds but holding the line as designed). I am going to stay off the weight loss train until after the New Year then pick up where I left off. The goal for the holidays is just to maintain without So far, so good. The holidays are stressful enough without the added stress of trying to drop 2-3 pounds a week. All I want to do is hold the course until we get beyond the holiday craziness and stresses. I'll be back regularly after the first of the year.

I was just about to send a message and ask where you were! I really miss reading your Saturday updates. Your losses are so inspirational! So now I know you're on hold - and doing well! Merry Christmas and keep maintaining!
