Adventures in Eating

One thing is for certain. As I travel down this road of changing my eating habits I find that I am eating things I never considered eating before. It is a real education in flavors and textures. Have you ever dug down to the bottom of your pantry? Or looked way in the back at the stuff shoved up against the wall? I was amazed at the weird things I encountered when I did this. Another Three Bite the Dust

I arose this morning feeling good about myself again. :thumbu2: Of course, the fact that it is Saturday and I did not have to go to work helps a lot with the attitude. It is also weigh-in day for me so I went to the scale with the usual fear that I might not like the result. :afraid2: It is a double-beam balance scale so I preset the weights to what I want before stepping on the platform.
