I joined CK a long time ago, played around with it for a bit, and went dormant until last Wednesday. I weighed myself on Wednesday to see where I stood, but Wednesday is not a good day for me to make my weekly weigh-in. A Plethora of Flavors

One thing I am learning is that many of the low calorie foods I have previously not eaten are actually very tasty. I happen to like most vegetables and have yet to find a fruit that I don't like; I just never took the time to eat much of them because by the time the grease-burger and fries were consumed, I was already beginning to fill up. REALITY

I have determined that most of my physical ills (sore feet, high cholesterol, poor sleeping, stiff back, lack of energy, etc.) are a direct result of my weight. DUH!! Time to get down to earth and do what needs to be done. I had a priesthood blessing yesterday and re-committed to my goals. Here we go. Take it one day at a time, this will not be that difficult.
