I watched two public broadcasting documentaries this week - one on heart disease, one on fat.

Both are helpful in keeping me focused on the goal of long-term lifestyle change which includes weightloss and lots of outdoor activities.

I'm learning that I need to reach out for help. That a lack of self-discipline is not really an internal struggle, but a resistance to living wholly in community.

And being of my bent, I see that then I miss living holy in community.

Women's spiritual group this night. Looking forward to that renewed connection.

Former bodybuilder? Cool :) Since you have had your diet and exercise under control in the past, I imagine we'll be seeing some great changes in you over the next few months! Welcome Aboard!
