View OTTER's food & exercise for this day
. . . in the bus seats, that is. Have noticed on my commuter journeys that I only take up my seat's worth of space. Ooh, how pleasing this change is. Especially as I'm feeling impatient to really drop a size of clothing. It will come. Patience and self-discipline; movement and choices.
Also, it was a nice evening when I arrived home. So I tried jumping rope for my exercise. It was hard, but fun. And would have been impossible four months ago.
Baby steps. Or maybe baby jumps.
G'night.

Thanks for dropping by Otter. I'm feeling better too. The surgeries on my back are helping with the pain.
I am really enjoy the Beck Diet Solution. As a Christian I have always been leary of psychology books, but this one is right on. I wish I would have had it several years ago when I tried to start my diet.
Oh yea I can identify with having more room on a bus...plane and just a car seat. Now the steering wheel doesn't hit me in the chest anymore. i can't wait to see how the plane seats fit this summer when I go to my daughter's wedding. The last time I was in a plane I could barely get the seat the seat belt on, and I couldn't use the tray at all.
