Not the most flattering photo. But very fun to be able to show that my favorite brown jeans are clearly swimming on me.
Live Well
At work and in faith, I have access to programs called "Live Well."
Here's the one through my faith community, just in case anyone is looking for more support, information, or ideas: www.elcabop.org/livewell.aspx.
I visited the site last night and found information to inspire me and to encourage thinking about how many aspects are involved in living a balanced life (the Wholeness Wheel).
This is all I want to report tonight, though my heart and head are filled with many thoughts and feelings.
Life really is about change. Change is the only constant.
Read this far? Thank you! May you experience spiritual wellness as a result :-)

Hi
:) This is the first time I've read your blog. And I must have meant to read it for a reason. 'Cause everything happens for a reason right? And I see you mention a website. Well, I haven't looked at it yet but I defintely will. Sounds great.

I hope you've had a good day...and as you say - LIVE WELL.

Otter, I love the picture of you holding out your pants. Isn't it fun when you can do that !!!
=D My husband just mentioned to me that all his pants are pretty much fitting the same way, and he had that same grin on his face when he said it.
:)
I also think what you said about spiritual wellness is so important. I have learned that this weight loss journey is more about a spiritual journey than physically losing weight. The Lord has taught me so much about my relationship with Him and trusting Him these past months than I have my entire time I have been a believer in Him. I thought I trusted Him, but give Him your daily bread, and you really learn trust in new ways.
Thanks for coming by. Again, I am so thrilled to see your progress both spiritually and physically. The Lord bless you and your wife. Lory
