I don't know if it was the walk so much as the cold after the walk, but I was fatigued this morning and I've been extra HUNGRY all day!

My afternoon snack already bumped me up over my calorie total for the day. I'm wanting to do some exercise tonight. Hopefully after chores there will be time for a full hour.

Picture Post: From my most recent trip. Rare to have good pictures of me and the hubby together. I'm the family picture taker so I don't get into pictures unless I use a tripod or a timer. This one was taken by an office friend at an after-work event, and this picture absolutely delights me.

After dinner: Poor choice for dinner - slice of cheese pizza. In a place of argument with hubby, didn't want to have any more contention, just chose what would get me in and out of that restaurant quickly. Oh well. Tasty.

Came home and worked out for 40 minutes to one of my bellydancing DVDs. Still, calorie totals over for the day.

Winding down and readying for bed.

I have been using a T.D. Jakes structured journal for my journal writing. And it is helping. By summer last year all my journal writing was about complaining. So I gave up journal writing -- something I had been doing regularly since 1974. With the structure of this journal, I have to take time to think about where my life is with God -- which is rarely about complaining. Even though the bible does model some whiners, it is still rarely about complaining. New habits everywhere. Praise be to Yah!

Okay, back to the winding down.
