Sleep really does "knit up the raveled sleeve of care." Getting extra rest last night, getting good exercise today, and eating properly has really helped my outlook.
Thought for the Day: Realizing I don't have to hide from who I am. I can live with my weaknesses, accept the weaknesses, decide to work around the weaknesses, vow to work on changing weaknesses, or even celebrate my weaknesses.
What's a weakness? How about being a self-righteous idiot from time-to-time? ...

Fatigue surprises me. I can't think very straight. I feel cranky. I feel sad.
We had too much weekend at my house, a weekend that started last thursday and only ended this morning. Our 6-y-o niece came for a visit. She has problems sleeping, so we had problems sleeping. I ate too much yesterday. And I am too tired, still, to exercise tonight.
I want to rest. I don't want to be a loving wife. I don't want to be a good daughter. I don't even want to belong to the "fine too...

Yesterdays blog listed changes Ive noticed with weight loss. The hardest change: I cant hide from me. All the food and bad habits I was using to hide unhappiness, strong feelings, dissatisfaction, confusion, anger all those things are surfacing, and sometimes surfacing with a vengeance. <sigh>

Funny day so far. Usually I wake up Saturdays ready to face the CK records and wanting to Blog. But today I feel balanced, and content, and Im not sure what to talk about. Ill hunt about in my psyche and see what comes up.
Unexpected changes since weight loss
Since I have begun to lose weight actually, since I joined CK at the beginning of this year, I notice many things are different. And as my weight changes, more things are added to this casual list.

In an earlier blog post, I'm certain I mentioned that I was reading James Frey's
A Million Little Pieces. I mentioned the book to a friend, whose response was to laugh aloud. Apparently the book was debunked as fictional.
