First week I've used the diary for more than one day since last October (2008!).
Problem places - after dinner eating! And free food anywhere.
Goal: Set meal plans for the day. Learn to stick with them - again.
What a goofy time in my life.

Good today: no snacking outside planned snacks. Moderate meals & snacks. Said "no" to unplanned free food!

a decade ago
One of the hardest things for me when I separated was learning to cook for one. It took me about 6 months to get a rythmn. Now that Bob is cooking my meals, I am having to switch again to figuring out my home food. You will figure it out and yes it is a goofy time.
