I won't lie... I am extremely discouraged that the scale hasn't budged more than a pound in the past 3 weeks... but I won't lose the faith. I'm going to keep sticking with it and make a few changes here and there and hopefully get back to my 1.5-2 lbs/week weight loss I've been enjoying.
Nicole, why dont you try changing up what youre eating for a day or two? Maybe your body is expecting which foods you eat every day? Its harder to stick to net not eating your planned meals, im sure, but its worth a try?
