I don't know why but the past few days I have been SO HUNGRY... or at least I can't keep my mind off eating which is so annoying!
I am trying to get more to drink in order to combat "fake" hunger... but it doesn't seem to help.
I think my problem is that I am getting back to being strictly between 1250 and 1500 calories every day and my body is getting angry at me because it was getting all nice and warm and comfy at 1450-1900 cals/day.
I've been trying to eat an apple here, a peach there, between meals to tie me over but I'm still quite hungry. Hopefully my body normalizes over the next few days and the hunger dies down.
I think I might be breaking out of the plateau... I don't want to jinx it but for the first time I got a 194.x on the scale today... hopefully this means I'm doing something right.
Decided to wear a pair of pants today that I bought small about a month ago... hadn't worn them yet because they were slightly uncomfortably small when I bought them. They aren't uncomfortable... still plenty of room to shrink in them which is motivating but no bulging either.
Overall the motivation is high, I just wish my tummy would stop talking so much between meals!

Hi Nicole--It is so hard when the hunger won't die down. I saw a message posted by Sheetal in a thread about supplements yesterday. She drinks Yogi Green Tea Blueberry Slim Life to calm the appetite. She says it really works for her. I'm going to try it myself. Sheetal posted this link:
