Saturday, Jan 16 2010 - losing the girls...

View PLATEOFSTARS's food & exercise for this day

So I have come to the realization that my girls are getting smaller.

This isn't really a complaint, persay. One of my own personal rewards I had planned for after I had reached my goal weight was a breast reduction.

My breasts were not ginormous by any menas, but they were cumbersome and, to throw all eloquence out the window... kinda droopy.

Now I can run, do yoga and wear regular blouses without having to be creative with safety pins and double sided tape. Love it.

BUT... as the girls are getting smaller... the skin there isn't. I'm going to give it some time, but I am starting to think my reduction is going to turn into a "lift".

oy vay! who would have guessed?! I mean, if I were in control... I would have told my body to get rid of my A$$ before my boobs, but hey... my body does the deciding where to ditch the fat first.

OMG... I am getting stressed out now... they are getting pretty darned saggy for my liking. My husband doesn't let me trash talk myself and normally I don't even trash talk myself but as much as I am pumped about all the awesome toning I'm getting in my legs, butt, arms, etc... I'm pretty disappointed in the chest area.

boo.... well... I'll reassess in 6 months time and if I'm at goal weight I may consider a lift.

From a guy’s perspective they’re not getting smaller. They’re getter better. Not sure why there’s so much focus on them but maybe I do.

Ive done the BR thing and had to give up underwire bras, even 15 yrs later its just too tender for the pressure of underwire. Plus I hate my scars.

Yeah I can relate, they are finally um, deflating. But I'm in regular c cup bras (as opposed to plus size bras) now so that's a bonus, sorta. I'm doing cable and free weight chest presses to lift em up a bit. Not too much I can do about it though, they're gonna get smaller and smaller and will hopefully settle at a point that I won't really dislike them. I'll never get implants so they're gonna be what they're gonna be.

I loved that my boobs got smaller! I know men hate to hear this but there can be too much of a good thing. They can get in the way of doing alot of fun activities. I am still a D and would love to settle at a C.
