So I set some goals just before the new year and I think it's time to check in on them!!!
Starting weight by Jan 1: 195
CHECK
Jan 15th weight (smallest weight in my adult life): 190
took an extra week, but CHECK
Feb 1st weight (trip to Mexico): 187
CHECK
Mar 1st weight (smaller than my husband): 179
April 5th weight (my birthday and the end of the Easter challenge): 170
May 15th weight ("Normal BMI" ): 164
August 18th (anniversary): 150 .... GOAL WEIGHT!
YEAH! I have been so busy lately I haven't been paying attention to the little goals but I'm pretty much on track. I am hoping to get into the 170's by the first week of March. That's 3 weeks of hard work but I think I can do it.
In related news... my bra size is both exciting and discouraging. Man are they getting small! I'm now down another band width (36) and the skin is by no means shrinking at the same pace as the fat which means they are not as "happy" as they used to be. Darn!
This may be TMI for some readers, so beware.
I'm actually planning to get my nips pierced... hoping it will keep me excited about them while I continue to lose weight and as I let them adjust to their new size.

Can I just say "OUCH!" My nippie's are so delicate that I would not even think about it, but hey whatever floats your boat!

hehe... yes not to worry, I'm giving it due consideration :-) Good thing is I can take them out if I don't like them.
