It's time to update my goals again!!
Today: April 30 = 172.2 lbs
Sunday May 2: My first 10k race! I want to finish in under 1h15mins
May 14 (mid point of PSM 10 week challenge): Goal weight = solid 160's (between 165-169)
May-September: play soccer! I want to commit to making it to most of my soccer games (miss no more than 5) over the summer.
June 18 (end of PSM 10 week challenge): Goal weight = 160
June 25: Start or join a last 10-15 pounds challeng...

Maybe it's a no-brainer to some of you ladies and maybe others will comiserate...
It's taken me a long time to finally replace my bras.
I think there were several contributing factors to me not having purchase a new bra since the ladies have gotten considerably smaller:
1) cost
2) "no one sees them anyway"
3) better too big than too small, right?
4) not knowing what size they will "settle" at
5) not wanting to find out just how much they've shrunk

I have been in a bit of a rut lately. I've been getting all pissy on a regular basis because, no matter how hard it seemed I was trying, the scale wouldn't budge.
I've been making a few adjustments with my calories over the past week and it's working!
I've been trying to mindfully
eat less. I find I am more than full with the same volume of food that used to satisfy me so I'm having to adjust what I'm used to seeing on my plate with what I actually need to feel full. Truly a case ...

Ok, I just have to get this out....
I AM SO FRUSTRATED!!!!
The scale is not budging and I've been following my rules to a T this week.
Which means... it's time to change the rules.
My poor husband had to listen to me being all pissy and annoyed this morning while we walked to work. Poor guy doesn't know what to say! Sometimes I just gotta let it out. vent.

Today's blog is going to hit some hard topics for me and is probably going to be quite lengthy.

Bad logging! I've been letting myself slide with regard to my diligence with logging. This is because I will excuse away calories, before they are ever recorded, because I know I'm burning a lot of calories through exercise.
