I've seen the ads around my neighbourhood for the past couple of summers and barely even glanced at them, least of all gave them a thought. Any thought would have been in the vicinity of "that's for crazy people who are already in ok shape who want to be in even better shape."

Now I will put myself in my category of "crazy" because I'm seriously thinking of joining one of those "Best Body Bootcamps"!!!

I've been looking into it and it's a 4 week thing where you have a one-hour session 3 times a week where you do cardio/weights training with a personal trainer in a group.

There's a bootcamp that starts in my neighbourhood the week after my 10K running Clinic ends.

If nothing else it keeps me moving and motivated after my clinic is finished!

Heck, girl, I bet you could be one of their trainers! Do it! I'm gonna do a Camp Gladiator here in Dallas at the end of May. I'm a bit scared but excited at the same time.

Let us know how it goes with the bootcamp if you decide to join. There is one in my local park but I always thought it would be strange because they exercise right next to the road like an advertisement. Well, if it works - so be it. Good luck with your 10K!
