Ok, I just have to get this out....

I AM SO FRUSTRATED!!!! :angry2:

The scale is not budging and I've been following my rules to a T this week.

Which means... it's time to change the rules.

My poor husband had to listen to me being all pissy and annoyed this morning while we walked to work. Poor guy doesn't know what to say! Sometimes I just gotta let it out. vent.

As was suggested by V and Roxy and a few others... it's time to reformulate. As little as I want to do it, I have to if I want to see this weight loss journey not stop here.

I've realized something very important this past week... the same amount of food that used to satisfy me is now making me feel stuffed. Every night for the past week I've gone to bed with this super stuffed and disgusting feeling in my stomach and I think it really is time to pat myself on the back, congratulate myself for being smaller and just start eating less.

I am going to reduce my calorie intake on non-exercise days (which is only on Fridays) to 1200.

On exercise days I am going to aim to eat no more than 1350-1400.

I really can't make a goal to exercise more because I'm already at capacity there. The only place for improvement is my calorie consumption.

So, I'm going to try this new formula for 2 weeks and see what that does for me. :thumbu2:

Your doing great, you are so plugged in to your body now. Listen to it you know where to tweak, seems smaller meals may help!! :heart1:

I think you know what to do now. Reformatting your non work out days just might do the trick. I am now seeing I need to fule my body when I am doing these kick a$$ workouts. It never clicked before but this week it did!

Sounds like eating adjustments are just what is needed. I say if you can feel full on less then why not (within reason, of course)! I think your going to really see a difference on that scale on next weeks weigh in.

Woo Hoo on the new COWA!!! See I know what that means now.
