It's time to update my goals again!!
Today: April 30 = 172.2 lbs
Sunday May 2: My first 10k race! I want to finish in under 1h15mins
May 14 (mid point of PSM 10 week challenge): Goal weight = solid 160's (between 165-169)
May-September: play soccer! I want to commit to making it to most of my soccer games (miss no more than 5) over the summer.
June 18 (end of PSM 10 week challenge): Goal weight = 160
June 25: Start or join a last 10-15 pounds challenge on CK
June 27: Run for Huntington Disease 10K @ Sunnybrook Park, improve on my time from May 2
July 30: Goal weight = 150
August 18: Goal weight = (under) 150
August 21st: A Midsummer's Night Run 15K, increasing distance
September 19: Toronto Island 10K Run, improve on time from June 27
September 24: FINAL GOAL WEIGHT = 140 (if it's possible, if not, I'm happy with 150)
October 16: Toronto Zoo 10K, improve on time from sept 19
