So I found an old picture last night... not that old actually, just from Christmas 2008.
Sometimes I forget how different I look now, but this picture just blows my mind!
In some ways, my mind doesn't think I look any different now, but in other ways, I just can't even believe it was me, you know?
Anyway - here's another photo to counter that one... took it after coming back from weight training. Look at my shoulder and chest muscles grow!!

Yeah, Nicole! What an amazing accomplishment and you did it all by significantly increasing your health--look at those muscles--not just "dieting." I have been impressed during the challenge with your willingness to try new things, like soccer, and be so open with your experience. Your loss is inspiring!

:frog: I have a new coworker who just found out yesterday that I've lost a lot of weight. I showed her an old picture of me and the first thing she said was "wow, you look 10 years younger now than you did then"

Debbie - I am always SO grateful to those who can tell me that I was beautiful BEFORE... sometimes it's hard to hear because I have left "her" so far behind, but she's still me, you know?

I showed the waitress as I was eating breakfast this morning, Her mouth dropped open. Before, then flip down to after. I told her about the age thing. Your looking very good, Nicole.

I carry a picture like that in my wallet to remind me of where I once was. Like you, I find it hard to believe I was ever that size, but sure enough, the proof is in the picture. You look amazing! Congratulations again on all your success.
