View PLATEOFSTARS's food & exercise for this day
This is a blog post to refresh my commitment to these last 10 lbs.
1) I will log everyday, faithfully and accurately
2) I will strive for a green bar
3) I will not consume more than 1350 net
4) I will not "eat back" more than 200 (250 if I'm really pushing it) of my exercise calories
5) I will, at least: run 9K/week once, play soccer once, weight train twice and do yoga once. At least.
6) I will avoid crappy foods, even if they are "low calorie" (i.e. soda, splenda, pickles, etc)'
7) I will make a better effort not to give in to the "I deserve it" voice (the one that tells me I deserve this gelato, that slice of banana bread, those chocolates, etc)
8) I will weight myself no fewer than once per week and no more than 3 times per week.
9) I will have something to drink before eating to make sure I'm not just thirsty.
10) I will notice the fruits of my hard work and not be *too hard* on myself.

You can do it! My fave is number 8, that stupid scale can be so addicting and can sabatoge you if you let it.

I need to take a cue from you and do Numbers -- 1,2,6, SEVEN! SEVEN! SEVEN!, number 9 and 10.

Nice goals. YOU CAN DO IT! I'm amazed you can get by with only 200 exercise cals eaten back. I'd go loco!

:cross2: oh my gosh, your crappy foods that you are trying to avoid are exactly the same as mine (I LOVE pickles more than anything in this world!) Great post! You are gunna rock your goals!
