That's what I say to those 3 pounds I gained a few weeks ago. Suckas! You're OUTTA HERE!

Went back to basics, was more careful with watching my calorie intake, diligent about exercising, LOGGED, and let time do it's thing and VOILA. Back at 152.

In other news - got a glimpse of myself in the mirror at the gym from the side while doing assisted tricep dips and HOLY FREAKIN COW am I TINY.

wow. sometimes it just hits me and I am astounded. How on earth did I become this strong little person I am now???

Hmmm, I look forward to looking in the mirror and being able to say that one day. It seems so far away for some reason.
