Signs you might be getting a little hard core:
- You have several different playlists on your ipod, each labeled according to speed at which you would like to run at (i.e. "Running, moderate pace" )
- You are restless on rest days (what rest days?)
- The people at the front desk of your gym know you by name
- You are willing and happy to give up a weekend night in order to play a team sport
- You go to the gym before your co-ed ball hockey game because you know there will be more than enough women who will show up and you are afraid you won't get enough play time to feel satisfied you got a decent work out that day
- You think leg warmers coming back in style is excellent because they'd fix that problem you've been having with cold ankles while running
- Friends ask, worried, if you've worked out lately when they see you're in a bad mood
- You have more pairs of work-out/running/yoga pants than you do dress pants
- You've been mistaken at the gym on more than one occassion for being a personal trainer
- You buy shirts that show off your arm muscles
- You would rather walk most places, even if it will take you an hour or more

Hmmm, not there yet - but getting there! Would love some samples of your running mixes though. Mine are not organized at all, so I tend to get some really slow stuff mixed in.
