So,

Somehow I've gained 7-10 lbs in the past month. I am actually ok with this because I think a lot of it must be muscle weight as I'm not noticing any difference in my clothes. In any case, I am taking it easy with my calorie intake and being careful with some trouble areas - namely booze.

Now that I play sports, a common activity to do after a game is have a drink. Then, I've been meeting a lot of new friends lately and a common thing to do is have a drink together. So I am goin...

So as I start working on optimizing my weight training, this is what I'm starting out with. :)

I am quite impressed with my arm muscle definition but am working hard on my abs and back muscles right now. It's hard having extra skin in my belly area, though, to see my hard work.

I'm Back (I think)!

So,

I've taken a bit of a break from Calorie King the past few months while I dealt with some other stuff going on in my life. I've done really well at maintaining my weight and I think a huge reason for that is that I work out so much. I haven't had to pay diligent attention to what and how much I'm eating because I run/weight train/play soccer/play ball hockey/do yoga/walk enough that I more than burn off any excess food calories.

I'm going to refocus now though... not on weight lo...
