Grr. Argh.

I am undeniably out of my comfort zone weight wise. I've gained 10 pounds and have been kind of avoiding the fact for the last 2 months... but I worked too hard to let it go - I'm back to the fight... and good thing is, I know how to do it!

So here I am rededicating myself to losing those last 10 pounds and I'd like to do it by the end of May... that's about a pound a week.

My Motivators:
- Being back at goal weight
- Fitting better into my clothes
- BIKINI season!

My No-Nos: :nono5:
- Booze (no more than 1-2 drinks a week and only if they fit in my calorie budget)
- Muffins (no more than 1 a week and only if it fits in my calorie budget)
- More than 1 bread roll a day (I am eating way too much bread)
- Empty calories (cake, chocolates, etc... make sure they are WORTH IT if I have them)
- Cheese (I've become more vegetarian than vegan lately and I need to get that back on track)

My Yes-Yeses: :thumbu2:
- Tracking calories EVERY DAY
- Start having my smoothie again every morning for breakfast
- Hit a mininum of these activity goals: YOGA 1x/week, RUN 2x/week (incl sports), Weights 2x/week
- See a personal trainer
- Talk about my weight loss goals with friends to keep me accountable

OK... I'm back in the saddle!

I am in the same boat, maintenance is hard! It looks like you know exactly what to do to get back on track.
