So I'm sneaking into them, little by little.

And by "them" I am referring to "10's". Oh the coveted size 10!! :eyebrows:

I was feeling kinda crummy this morning and decided for a pick-me-up I'd do some window shopping and went to the gap and tried on about 5 different pairs of pants, all size 10s. 2 of them "did up" and yeah, I look sausage-like... but they did up! :laugh5:

I'm getting there!

Just showing off...

So this post has no purpose other than to show off the hard work I've been doing on my arms!

There's still a bit of work to do on the underside, but overall, I'm starting to feel much less shy about showing my arms.

I'm throwing my hands in the air now - I'm done with protesting.

I've been told so many times in the past month that I'm "looking fit" that I just have to assume that I must look somewhat fit otherwise I wouldn't keep hearing that word to describe me.

It's just the oddest thing for me to accept about myself! I don't consider myself "fit" AT ALL! When I think of someone who is fit, I think about someone at their ideal weight - with a low percentage of fat, toned mu...

Celebration Time!

I've been kind of stressed lately about work because the role that I was doing a few months ago was transitioned and I went from consulting to contract employee. Not only this, but my role completely changed when I had to take on the responsibilities of a colleague who went on to a different job.

In this economic climate there is a lot of scrunity of public service positions (as there should be) and this required me to openly compete for the full-time equivalent of the job(s) I am performi...

Time to get back to business

It's funny how easy it is to slip out of good habits every-so-slowly and not even realize it.

The great thing is, even if I am deceiving myself into believing I'm being good... the scale does not lie... and the scales been telling me "lady, you're maintaining". Which means I need to put myself in a calorie deficit again.
