So,
I've taken a bit of a break from Calorie King the past few months while I dealt with some other stuff going on in my life. I've done really well at maintaining my weight and I think a huge reason for that is that I work out so much. I haven't had to pay diligent attention to what and how much I'm eating because I run/weight train/play soccer/play ball hockey/do yoga/walk enough that I more than burn off any excess food calories.
I'm going to refocus now though... not on weight lo...

Here's a photo of me at Christmas!
My first skinny Christmas.... EVER.
Still staying strong at around 154 lbs and darn proud of it.
I'm finding my body shape continues to change though - I feel a little more proportianate now.
I'm also having a little bit of a hard time mentally adjusting to my arms getting bigger. For so long my circumference of all parts of my body was shrinking... and now for the first time a part of my body is getting bigger, but in a good way (i.e. muscles). It's kind of weird to mentally adjust to being happy with my body bulki...

I still check in here at CK every once in a while, but my life has gotten really busy. And since I'm doing ok with maintaining even amidst the busy I have stopped logging.
I have been working hard on my muscled definition and have arms and back muscles I am really proud of. I am still working on my abs which you can't necessarily see but you can definitely feel.
My skin elasticity, after much fear it wouldn't, is improving. I don't think the skin around my breast area, under arms be...

So,
I'm doing it. I'm maintaining my weight.
I fluctuate up and down by about 2 lbs either direction, but I'm hovering around 154 on any given day.
I haven't been logging a lot but keeping a decent mental note of what I'm eating. There's definitely room for improvement... I've been eating a lot of bread food lately and not enough proteins... but otherwise...
I am ok right now!
