My metabolism is picking up the pace!

It kicked in, yesterday my metabolism caught up with me! YEAH! I can tell because I am suddenly a lot hungrier than I have been in a week.

I know I need to plan a healthier breakfast but this is going to be a challenge! I am ok with grabbing stuff to take to work for lunch and dinner but when it comes to breakfast, I'm bad. I am trying to change my habits because lately I don't eat any breakfast, eat a small lunch, and then around dinner time I am extremely hungry and have tons of calori...

Weigh in Day!!

Well, I weighed in today and was totally surprised to see that I have lost 8 lbs. WOW! :rock1: I know that in the beginning you also are loosing some excess water but, hey I'm still good with that!

Exercise after meeting target - HELP

I am confused about the calorie target after you exercise. I exercise in the evening (after dinner). I eat to meet my target the entire day and after I exercise it tells me I need to eat to replace what I have burned while exercising.

I have tried to eat something to help make up some of the calories but when I do, then it tells me that I have too much fat or carbs (or both)? I know I can change the targets for these but if I exercise at different increments every day, does this mean I n...

Harder than I thought

Wow, I'm able to eat less and exercise but when it comes to balancing out the fat, carbs, fiber, & protein; it seems hard. Maybe I just need time to get used to what has more of each.

I think my main problem is that I eat many pre-packaged foods. I am on the go a lot and don't have much time to cook. I hope I will learn more how to balance these out as I work through the CK Program.

I have also been limiting myself to one diet Pepsi a day! I used to drink about 4-5 (no water). ...

Well, today I started off with no breakfast (yes I know this isn't good). I had a painful toothache :bang: (it finally went away about 2 hours ago) :smile1:. So needless to say I didn't eat much today but am starving now. :nono5: My question at this point is, do I eat something? or do I just wait until tomorrow and start over??? :huh: Anyhow, unless I hear different, I may eat a cucumber or something but nothing more than a vegetable. :)
