Wow, I'm able to eat less and exercise but when it comes to balancing out the fat, carbs, fiber, & protein; it seems hard. Maybe I just need time to get used to what has more of each.

I think my main problem is that I eat many pre-packaged foods. I am on the go a lot and don't have much time to cook. I hope I will learn more how to balance these out as I work through the CK Program.

I have also been limiting myself to one diet Pepsi a day! I used to drink about 4-5 (no water). I know that's bad and I even knew it at the time but, I guess I just made myself believe that I needed the caffeine! Well, today I do feel like I am missing the caffeine(headache) but I know that it will pass and I will get more used to drinking the water.

:hi: I've been here for over a year and still have trouble with balancing everything, every day, but it does get easier as you go. Great job on limiting the Diet pepsi, that's a tough thing to do. I know it was for me anyway, even though mine was coffee. I hope you had a great day. :)
