Tuesday, Sep 23 2008 - My metabolism is picking up the pace!

It kicked in, yesterday my metabolism caught up with me! YEAH! I can tell because I am suddenly a lot hungrier than I have been in a week.
I know I need to plan a healthier breakfast but this is going to be a challenge! I am ok with grabbing stuff to take to work for lunch and dinner but when it comes to breakfast, I'm bad. I am trying to change my habits because lately I don't eat any breakfast, eat a small lunch, and then around dinner time I am extremely hungry and have tons of calories left but feel guilty to eat them all in one sitting. UGH!
This weeks goal = plan ahead for a healthy breakfast!!

I absolutely love cottage cheese w/fruit of choice (canned peaches, cherry flavored fruit cocktail, etc) It is quick and I get protein plus a fruit first thing in the morning
