(10am) I put the treadmill back and actually got on it today! This morning I got on for 11.5 minutes. I'd stay on more but now it's time to clean up the house a little and then head into work. Last night's dinner out was fantastic and I managed to stay under my 1880 daily calorie intake. Just tried to stay very focused on eating and when I was feeling full I just stopped. Took home 1/2 a club sandwich (which I'm about to gobble right now).Tuesday, December 29th 2009
Well a good laugh to start off this blog...Seems I over estimated my weight. I put down my starting weight as 275lbs without getting on a scale. 275 was what I remember when I weighed myself a while back (and by while I mean a few months)... Today I went to do my weigh in and the scale read 262.2lbs. Now my profile looks like I've lost 13lbs in 24 hours. IT'S A MIRACLE!!
