(12:30p) I'm pretty much cranky as all get out today. Girl stuff and just not enough sleep last night. I can't believe I managed to stay under my 1880 calories last night. I eeeek'd by with 2 left. I'll take it dammit!

I'm not going to eat too much during the day today because I don't want to feel bad about what I'm going to eat tonight. I had a 430ish calorie this morning (actually pretty late in the morning) so that will tied me over until this evening. I'm not going to go all out and e...

Treadmill!!!

(10am) I put the treadmill back and actually got on it today! This morning I got on for 11.5 minutes. I'd stay on more but now it's time to clean up the house a little and then head into work. Last night's dinner out was fantastic and I managed to stay under my 1880 daily calorie intake. Just tried to stay very focused on eating and when I was feeling full I just stopped. Took home 1/2 a club sandwich (which I'm about to gobble right now).

So far so good.

Well a good laugh to start off this blog...Seems I over estimated my weight. I put down my starting weight as 275lbs without getting on a scale. 275 was what I remember when I weighed myself a while back (and by while I mean a few months)... Today I went to do my weigh in and the scale read 262.2lbs. Now my profile looks like I've lost 13lbs in 24 hours. IT'S A MIRACLE!! I'm going to go out and sell my secret to millions of fat people and be a gazillionaire!

This is the beginning...

Wow, I can't believe my goal weight is 105 lbs less than what I currently weigh. It's the size of a small female. What the hell?! How did this happen? Okay well here are a few things I definitely know:

* I am overwieght.
* It's extremely hard to lose it.
* I do not exercise.
* I don't know how to control my intake.
* I do not like the way I look / feel about myself.
* I need to make a change.
