Well a good laugh to start off this blog...Seems I over estimated my weight. I put down my starting weight as 275lbs without getting on a scale. 275 was what I remember when I weighed myself a while back (and by while I mean a few months)... Today I went to do my weigh in and the scale read 262.2lbs. Now my profile looks like I've lost 13lbs in 24 hours. IT'S A MIRACLE!! I'm going to go out and sell my secret to millions of fat people and be a gazillionaire!

Okay so maybe I'm the only one that got a good laugh at that.

So officially my weight is 262.2

I'm not sure if I did my calorie counting correctly yesterday as I came under by 7 calories. I'm pretty sure I forgot something but I'm not going to let it get to me. This morning I thought about making juice as I've neglected doing so for many weeks now. I'm going to really examine why I begin doing things that are good for me with gusto only to have them peter out eventually.

Here are some things I did on a regular basis:
*Juiced w/ juicing machine (including lots of green leafy and heart healthy veggies)
*walked my dogs everyday
*walked up stairs instead of taking the elevator
*walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes

I did wrangle the Christmas tree this morning and broke a sweat. Taking the decorations upstairs also got my heart going so I'll take that as a positive step. Now that the Christmas tree is out of the way we can put the treadmill down again instead of letting it collect dust in the back room.

286/1880 consumed so far today. A big bowl of fruit and coffee. For lunch I will finish off the ribeye steak (6 oz) and maybe a can of Amy's soup. That should put me at about
759 calories and then leave 1100 for dinner out. I'm not a big dessert person so I should be okay.
