Do.Not.Like!!!

Last night I was having dinner out at our local hangout and was about to push away my food (1/4 hamburger and 1/3 fries still on my plate) cause I was allowing myself to feel full and not give into the "clean plate club" thinking when my husband and I got into a minor tiff. He got frustrated and left the table and I ate the rest of my food...

I ate cause I was upset and didn't know what else to do. I didn't want to eat it. It's okay today though because I'm aware of it. I might do it again but I'll be even more aware of it and eventually I'll stop doing that.

I gained 1.2 lbs over the last two days but am blaming it on girl stuff. If it's still there after Sunday then I'll think about it a little more.

Tomorrow is UFC night and we'll go back to the bar. I'm not going to really focus too much on my calorie intake but will just be more alert to the food choices that I'm making throughout the day (fruit instead of potatoes, no toast, more water, less diet soda, salad instead of fries with light dressing).
