So awesome!

My stomach seems to be growling more these days but I'm not too freaked out about it. I know what my stomach is trying to communicate to me and I will take care of it when I get to it. Before when it would grumble and I'd run to put something in it. Now I'm just trying to take my time in putting something in there. Taking the time to think about what I might eat and how much I will eat. Drinking some water to see if that helps with the grumbling. It's amazing how many little changes you can make when you just slow down and think about what is happening with my body. I know it's only been about 2 weeks but I'm really proud of myself and just want to take baby steps and enjoy my accomplishments.

On a even better note. Giving back my community college hours has taken a huge stress of me. The money will be tight but I think working less and seeing my therapist on a weekly basis for a while is going to do me a world of good.

On an even better note than that, giving up my world of warcraft after 4+ years is a pretty big deal. I'm excited but nervous about getting bored and turning to food to keep me busy. With more time at home and less WoW maybe I'll get back to walking the dogs like I used to do.

Tomorrow I'm going to work on raking the yard. I'm gonna look on the CK for calories burned during that!

Hi! You should get a Heart Rate Monitor (HRM), so when you are doing things like raking the yard etc... It can help you with calories burned... I love mine and even though I don't work out crazy (well not yet because of my size) It helps show you where you are at. I got my HRM at Dick's sporting goods for about $150.00 but there are ones out there that are less, I just liked how this one looked and hoping that one day I will use the other features :)
Good job on the loss, you are doing great and congrats on not jumping in and feeding every belly grumble!
