4:48p Feeling much better today. Yesterday just seemed so out of whack. Today is another day and now that I'm getting close to being at the end of my day, I'd say it went pretty well. Couldn't get on the treadmill this morning so during my hour break I walked around the neighborhood here at work. 50 minutes and about 180 calories! Fantastic. I also got a full 10 glasses of water in today (which I think is a world record)...adding crystal light really helped to get them down but I think after my 4th crystal light I'm ready to just drink straight water.
I've done a lot of research on getting a Papa Murphy pizza for dinner tonight and talked my husband into letting me order off the deLITE menu. I'm going to go for something in the 170 calorie per slice range (pepperoni probably) and as my calorie count is at 375/1580 so far I think I can get away with eating 2 or 3 slices! I'm noticing that when I start out each morning with a large bag of veggies to carry with me I can't eat them all through out the day and that's really helping to cut down on the snacking. I normally put in 18 baby carrots (63 cal), 12 grape tomatoes (25 cal), 8 to 12 celery pieces at 4" each (10 cal) and 5 mushrooms (20 cal) for a total of about 120 calories this will take care of my "snacking" needs all day. I put that together early this morning and as of 5p I still have 9 baby carrots, 3 celery slices and 8 grape tomatoes. I get excited when I think "oh I can have some of my veggies and not put them down in my calorie count because they've already been logged with early morning snack or breakfast."...hey it's the little things man.
I think I need to invest in a new scale. The electronic one I have just seems to be bugging out enough to frustrate the hell out of me. I got on it today and it read 257...maybe it's just building up to a big loss of some sort this week but this is getting ridiculous. I could be maintaining my weight by eating what I've always eaten but I'm trying to lose weight and the steps I'm taking should be producing at least a little something in the dropping of the numbers.

That is awesome! I need to make a snack pack of veggies. I get really hungry during the day and end up eating 100 calorie packs of crap. They are less calories but are still not really good healthy food. Sheesh.
Glad you had a great day! I did well with my excercise but need to make some healthier choices myself. I ate some fried junk this evening, but I had the calories left for it. Still feel guilty though.
