I woke up this morning and got on the scale...

249!!!

There is nothing like losing weight to get motivated. I am repeating the first week of c25k this morning (after taking yesterday off) to build up my stamina. Next week I'll attempt to start the second week (eeeeeeek)


Later in the evening

I finally got around to trying a CK recipe and loved every bite of it. Tonight's dinner was beef stuffed bell pepper and a spinach salad with 1/2 pear and goat cheese walnut stuffing. A 465 calorie dinner. My husband ate every bite and an extra stuffed pepper. That's progress people!
