what the hell am I supposed to have for dinner at 736 calories? I would be fine if it was just me but my husband is making the meal for us.

2:30p Today I went to Safeway to buy food for my lunches while at work. Normally I would have bought crap foods to store in my cubicle. Candy and diet soda to fill the void of being bored in between calls. Yakisoba noodles, top ramen, or cup o'noodles would normally be my main staple.

Today, if you open up my drawers you'll see crystal light and granola bars for snacks. For lunches: progressive light soups and rice cakes. Instead of cookies and chips there are apples, carrots and pears. ...

Was I a fat kid?

I've been looking over some old pictures from high school and early adult. I only remember being overweight, but looking over the pics I don't look that overweight. I saw a high school pic that I hadn't seen in over 20 years and I look down right skinny. Funny how self image is skewed by self hate during those times.

Today is just a day...

I didn't check in with CK for the past two days. Something happened to me emotionally Friday evening and I was bound and determined not to log my food intake and internally shook an angry fist at the whole idea of making mindful choices about my food.
