Week 0 = 263.5 (-0.0)
Week 1 = 257.4 (-6.1)
Week 2 = 255.0 (-2.4)
Week 3 = 254.6 (-.4)
Week 4 = 253.8 (-.8) *I started c25k
Week 5 = 248.2 (-5.6)
Week 6 = 247.2 (-1.0)
Week 7 = 246.2 (-1.0)
Week 8 = 244.4 (-1.8)
Week 9 = 241.0 (-3.4)
Week 10 = 240.6 (-.4)
Week 11 = 238.0 (-2.6)
I've also officially graduated c25k week 6 and moving on to week 7. No more walking intervals included in the program. Just warm up / run / cool down. Monday is my first attempt at 28 minutes.
