Tomorrow is going to be OWiS #15.
Ive put in a lot of hard work this week. I made a commitment to get up at 5am every morning and get to the gym or run before the beginning of my work day and I have been successful every day this week.
Monday Ran outside (2.1 miles)
Tuesday Met with Superman
Wednesday Swam (1 mile)
Thursday Had my 2nd date with the Treadmill (2.81 miles)
Today 60 minutes on the Elliptical (preparing for April 20th)
That being said, youd think Id be hella excited (yes I said hella, Im ghetto like that) for tomorrows weigh in
I would be if it wasnt for TOM!
Thats right! A great week only to be sideswiped by that damn thing.
So no matter what it says tomorrow, Ive had a fantastic week.
Ive also decided that Sunday I will run my 3.1 miles. It doesnt matter if its inside or outside, it will get done and it will get done on Sunday.
My weekend agenda
Saturday Sleep in a little (7ish),OSiW #15, Gym for elliptical / swim, much needed day with hubby which I hope includes even much more needed yard work.
Sunday Sleep in a little (7ish), run 3.1 miles, lunch with my beautiful niece, laundry and general upkeep of the home. Pack up my bag and get ready for date #2 with Superman.
See you all in the morning!

7ish is sleeping in? That's funny. That happened to me this year too. I can't manage to sleep past 5:30 these days, even on weekends.
You had a very productive week! Congrats on getting much accomplished. Your little super-hero friend will become your biggest enemy and your best friend at the same time.
Enjoy your day!

Yay! Very nice pic! Don't worry about TOM, it happens to all of us! It excites me sometimes to see how fast the scale drops around that time, the body is very miraculous! Very productive week young lady! Good for you, I'm kinds jealous! :p

Don't ever let that scale discourage you now Tara. You're doing awesome and no matter what the number says you're a much better person now than when before you started all of this. Like you said, no matter what it says you'll of had a fantastic week. Every time I read your blog you seem to progress further and further along, and that's great.
:)
Listen to you, run 3.1 miles... You're saying it now as if like it's nothing but a thing. A little over a month ago you were freaking out about going 90 seconds and so on. Those days are way behind you now girl!
I'm proud..
