Wow, this week seems to have flown by. I feel like I was just here getting ready to sit down on my pity potty because of my first gain in 19 weeks and here I am a week later with a renewed sense of fight. It was a great week and I am sort of sad to see it come to an end
But it just means I get to start another awesome week!

The scale said 216 this morning.
216?
I'm sure the weigh in last week was a hiccup from stress and since that stress is on it's way out, so is the weight. Today is only Wednesday. Weigh in is Saturday (of course there is the pre summer melt down on Friday - but I may just wait until Saturday).
Stay focused.
Keep moving.
Eat less.

In anticipation of meeting with Superman today, forging a summer long training schedule and being pushed to a sweaty mess of muscle soreness, I woke up with a lot of anxiety . I decided that my one mile run was going to be faster today than it was last week which meant I was going to need to come out under 12:00 minutes.
I don't know how your math skills are or your time keeping for that matter but in order for my mile to be better than 12:00 I was going to need to see an 11 on the machine...
